
Jamie H. Kim, CCIM, is a strategic advisor and consultant specializing in land, industrial, office, and commercial real estate across Greater Southern California and beyond. She works closely with occupiers, investors, and developers, offering expert guidance in land development and high-density residential overlay zoning.
With over 21 years of experience in the industry, Jamie has built a distinguished career. She began at CBRE (2004–2007) before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. (2007–2009). She later launched The Phronesis Group, a boutique full-service real estate brokerage firm, where she continues to provide high-level advisory services.
Jamie has a unique ability to simplify complex processes, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved. Her background in finance, accounting, and auditing allows her to conduct in-depth due diligence and credit reviews, ensuring sound investment decisions. She firmly believes that thorough preparation and investigation at the outset are key to anticipating and overcoming obstacles efficiently.
Beyond her real estate career, Jamie is a sought-after guest lecturer and public speaker, sharing her expertise on industry-related topics.
She also has extensive experience in catering and event planning for feature films, fashion shoots, and corporate events.
